INSTRUCTIONS FOR ABSTRACT AND PRESENTATIONS

 

ABSTRACT: can be submitted for oral or poster presentation in Spanish and English, not exceeding 500 words both, including five key words, single-spaced, Arial 12 and Word Processor; excluded title, author (s), institution and e-mail. 

 

ORAL RECOMMENDATION: in the presentations in English the PWP must be in basic Spanish. We can help in the translation if you send your presentation a minimum one week before the symposium. Remember, It's a Binational Symposium. 

 

ORAL EXPOSITION TIME: 20 minutes, and five for questions (25). 

 

POSTER: recommendable 110 cm x 120 cm poster size, with title, authors and organization. Please reduce the text and use more photos, images, tables, maps, draws, etc. 

 

DEADLINE​: Abstracts will be accepted until November 13th, and should be sent by email to binationalstudies@gmail.com. Authors will be notified the acceptance or rejection before November 30.
